As such, it is also the major source for sea food and fish, whether it is for ordinary fried tilapia to be prepared on the tables of common households, for the authentic Cebuano dish “linarang” sold in the city slums and streets, for the ever famous “sutukil” or sugba, tuwa, kilaw (grilled fish, fish tinola, and raw fish in vinegar respectively), and for even the lavish restaurant seafood dishes.
Speaking of linarang, this is also what Pasil is famous for. It is a local food similar to fish tinola only that larang is cooked with more spices and ingredients such as green mango, tawsi, and tomatoes."
